Meet Our Optometrists
Redhawk Vision Center provides innovative eye care services to patients from Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, and Menifee. We offer comprehensive eye health assessments, ocular disease diagnosis and treatment, contact lens evaluation and fitting, and prescriptions.
We welcome new patients and accept most major forms of insurance.
Dr. Donny Broyles attended Xavier University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University Of Houston College of Optometry, and is a Diplomate for the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Broyles has been recognized for his affiliation with a renowned glaucoma study. He assisted in laser treatments and finding a therapeutic regimen to stabilize glaucoma.
Dr. Broyles is an active member of California Optometric Association, American Optometric Association, San Diego Optometric Society, National Optometric Association, and a past board member fo the Southwest YMCA. He enjoys sports, music, traveling, and good food. The word that describes Dr. Broyles is patient.
Dr. Trang Phan obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in biology at the University of California, Irvine. She then went on to graduate Cum Laude from the Illinois College of Optometry. After obtaining her doctorate degree, she completed a residency in ocular disease at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Administration Medical Center. During this time, she received extensive training in the diagnosis and management of numerous pathologic conditions including dry eye syndrome, diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, and glaucoma.
In her spare time, Dr. Phan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trying new foods, and playing pickleball. The one word that best describes her is personable.
